Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom or oversized furniture pieces, delivery may take 3-6 weeks depending on your location and the specific white-glove service required.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Victoria Queen ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Many of our larger pieces come fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, we provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware. We also offer professional assembly services at checkout for select zip codes.
How can I track my delivery?
